Solo Event Rules:
Get ready to prance solo with your chosen hobby horse.
-  We're all hitting the floor together in an elimination dance-off, leading to a grand
finale.
-  Time to groove for approximately one minute and five seconds.
-  All ages are welcome in this open category.
-  Entry fee: Just $25.
-  Scheduled for a fantastic Saturday afternoon in the final slot of Session 8.
- Judges will rate you on Technique, Creativity, Posture, Costuming, Musicality,
and Rhythm.
Team Event (Pro-Am) Rules:
Form a squad and get your trot on, with at least one pro among you.
-   It's an all-out battle on the floor, with eliminations leading to the top 2 Teams in
the finale.
- Time to strut your stuff for about one minute and five seconds.
-  Open to all ages.
-  Entry fee: $25 per rider.
- Scheduled for a spectacular Saturday afternoon in the last slot of Session 8.
- Judges will evaluate you on Technique, Creativity, Posture, Costuming,
Musicality, and Rhythm.
Music:
Get ready to cha-cha and/or foxtrot your way to glory! Song details will be posted
on the event (BBB) website.

Additional Rules: Disqualification and (maybe) extra points.
Stay in the saddle and keep that hobby horse stick tucked between your (own)
thighs (we don't want to scare the horses) If you fall off your stick you are
disqualified.
-  No touching or hitting your fellow competitors, even accidentally, with your hobby
horse or rider – or youre in timeout and or disqualified!
-  No lifts allowed folks! This is Dressage. Any jumping and you will be disqualified.
-  Feel free to go all out decorating your hobby horses – it might just earn you some
extra points (or not, depending on your decorating skills and the Judges exquisite
sense of style (or lack thereof :).

Now, let's get our hobby horses in gear and trot our way to fun and fabulousness at the
Championships! Remember, these rules are here to make sure everyone has a blast.
